Will it be possible to give birth here in Dubai without risking to be jailed or either be charged in court and let the baby be registered in Dubai?Because the young couple get married in the Philippines, then returned back here in Dubai, wherein the bride was already three months pregnant.

We fear that the mother might be jailed and the baby will be put in custody of the UAE government, because we violated the mandated law. How can we ask a court FAVOR in this situation sir?
