I just had a abortion at 22 weeks , they said that the baby heart stop, or maybe the water around the baby didnt reach her to live , i want an anwser how can the water fluid can go away?? How can we prevent this? So it dnt happen agian?? What could cause this??

Yes i saw a dr , they said come next month when ur in the period to make some test, now im taking food supplyment with iron and for blood hemoglobin and pregnaplan

Causes and prevention of Oligohydroamnios
The amniotic fluid is the inner enviorment of the fetus that is necessary for the proper growth and development, it protects the fetus from trauma , permits fetal lung growth and work as a barrier against infections. The volume of the amniotic fluid increase with the gestational age peaking at 1000 ml at 37 wks. Amniotc fluid is formed by the fetal urine and if the urinary tract was anomalous or a leak happened to the fluid it will drop and cause fetal death and miscarriage. You will notice decrease growth of your uterus and if leak happened a clear fluid will be witnessed vaginally. Care should be provided regarding close survellance of the up comming pregnancies to screen for any occurance of amniotic fluid drop to start rehydration and bed rest under close observation of your treating obstretician
Required Tests
After a proper clinical exam you are adviced to do a cbc to screen for any signs of anemia, in addition the aborted fetus should be examined for the occuance of any malformations especially urnary tract anomalies in addition to placenta histologic examination. if the next pregnancy happened and a sign of oligohydroamnios detected by ultrasonography amniotic fluid aspiration and analysis for Lecithin:Sphingomylin ration to determine lung maturity.
Detailed lab test regarding Lupus trest should be warrented to detect SLE as a cause of fetal loss including ANA, Anti Ds DNA , ESR tests . during the next pregnancy a serial Albumin, platelet review should be evaluated to rule out HELLP syndrome.
