Dear Doctor, I am diabetes for the last 15 years. I undergo treatment for frozen shoulder. Noticed some type of burning, prickling pain, around the left nipple muscles. The pain is when the muscle contract especially when bent down. Not persistent. Kindly help me on this, what to do to get rid off

Treatment of frozen shoulder
It is common problem affecting high percentage of people due to many factors and causes. Firstly, avoid heavy works and lifting heavy objects. Also, Take a rest and sufficient night sleep. Take daily hot water shower to relax muscles. Apply topical analgesics like FAST RELIEFE GEL three times daily with strong analgesic like Ibbuprofen 400 mg many times daily. You can seek medical help to cousel about cotrisol injections on your shouler and physiotherapy
