Kindly be informed with the knowledge that, in the event of the theft of money by a person in one of the methods specified in the article mentioned below, the penalty legally established in accordance with the Penal Code is as follows:

Article (389)

A penalty of imprisonment for a period of no less than one year shall be imposed if the theft occurs in any of the following

2) In one of the inhabited or residential areas or in one of its annexes.

3) In one of the transportation means or at a station, port or airport.

4. By way of fencing or fracturing from outside, or by using keys

5. From a person who has assumed a general or false character or claimed to be standing or costly
