We would like to inform you that if the deportation from Kuwait and there is decision to deport you, then you have to get a permit from the Minister of Interior to return and enter Kuwait  again. As the Kuwaiti Residence Law stipulates:

Article 19

The foreigner who has been deported shall not return to Kuwait unless after obtaining a special permission by the chief of the police departments and the general security.
