lug nodes on my ear side and neck also under my neck which last like six months and still here but small now then now I have a mouth sore please i need your advice

Treatment of tooth pain and lymph node enlargment:
It depends on the cause, so treatment may include taking analgesia as cataflam 50 mg twice daily, and you have to take an antibiotic as augmentin 875 mg twice daily and flagyl 500 mg twice daily for 1-2 weeks, and you may need surgical intervention to clean infection.
Diagnosis of the cause of tooth pain and lymph node enlargment:
It depends on the clinical examination by a dentist and investigations as tooth panorama x-ray, and CBC to detect infection and you may need biopsy form lymph node to detemine the cause of enlargment.
Symptoms of tooth infection:
- Tooth pain
- Gum swelling
- Mouth bad odor
- Headache
- Lymph node enlargment and pain
