I would like to ask regarding my resignation in my company, I served and worked already 3 years in my company here in State Qatar and my Company admin said tha im tha one who will shoulder my plane ticket returning back to my country Philippines. can you please give an advise for this mattet

Whoever bears the costs is the employer, and if you purchase the ticket, you may claim from the employer, and if he refuses, you can file a complaint at the Ministry of Labor.

Sir I would like to ask also if it is under by the law because according to my employer I will pay may remaining months before the expiration of my Qatar ID and they costing it for QR100 per month and when I check my signed contract it was not statted in my contract.Thank you.
