I opened a complain to my employer as I got email of termination work after 10 months -unlimited contract : The new Law of ministry labor says the employer has to pay 3 salies and flyghticket ..... I’m correct as we spoke with the lawyer and the employer ..... Question : I came here To uae as a visit visa .. when I got employed ..... now this ticket is the employer pays ... will be a complementary of the Law Requested ... I can stay here as I have plan offer from another job ..... the company can’t send me home ? I believe just they need to pay as the law says and after I will be able to stay and find another sponsor ... This company never broth me here to work I apply and they hired right away !

According to the given facts and for clarification purposes, we would like to explain to you,
You can transfer the visit visa to a work visa, but you have to obtain the approval of the ministry of labor and social affairs. Knowing that, the employer / company shall apply for this approval.
Article 42 of the Foreigners residency law in the UAE stipulates on the conditions in which, the foreigner can transfer a visit visa to a tourist one:
The changing of foreigners' status in the country must come under permits for entering the country for visit or work:
The foreigner must obtain an approval from the ministry of labor or an approval from official authorities outside the law scale. This is in order to be registered on the same sponsor whom your visa is attached to. 
Paying the pardon fees from the leaving conditions set by councils of ministers no.6 in 1994, which stipulates in regard of amendments on the payment fees' mechanism in the Administration of passports and citizenship. This is in case of being an employee at the private sector.

To be concern I’m asking a simple question ! As the new law: the ministry of labor law : i got terminated from my employee .... after 10 months / The employer has to pay under the New Law 3 salaries and 1 flyticket ... this ticket I can used it when ever I want ? As this moments all borders are closed and the restrictions of coronavirus ... the wmployer must have to pay the ticket ? Average rate ? Yes or not ?

We would like to inform you that the employer must pay the expenses of returning the worker. If the flight is closed and the ticket reservation date is over due to the current Coronavirus conditions, the employer must pay the full price of the ticket again and not be shared equally between the worker and the employer.
Whereas in the event of dismissal, in the event of leaving the country, and also in the event of completion of the fixed-term contract, the worker shall be entitled to a ticket. In the event that the worker resigns or is dismissed according to Article (120) of the Labor Law, the worker is not entitled to get the return ticket from the employer.
