Symptomes and management of Eczema 
Eczema is considered as one of allergic skin reactions that cause itching and erythema especially in the friction areas like elbows and knees, Eczema could be associated with other rheumatological conditions like Porietic arthritis and Psoriasis which associated with joint pain and leg chin eczematous lesions . To treat eczema you are adviced to use Clobetasol propionate Cream that applied gently over affected areas . if no response please refer to a dermatologist 
Required tests 
after proper physical exam at dermatologist office you are adviced to do cbc to detect any signs of anemia, rheumatology screen ESR , RF, ANA to detect any associated rheumatological diseases. to prove the diagnosis a skin biobsy could be taken from the lesion itself. along with Ige antibody testing 
Possible causes 

• Atopic Dermatitis 
• Psoriasis , psoriatic arthritis 
• Rheumatological causes

You are adviced to avoid sun exposure, avoid friction sports and sweating and ensure well balanced diet rich of vitamins and minerals.
