I applied in one recruitment agency here in dubai...
I applied in one recruitment agency here in dubai UAE,they ask me to pay a service fee to them and Both parties signed a contract stated it's not refundable but eventually my visa got rejected from canada embassy. My question is it illegal or legal fro recruitment agency here in dubai to collect fees from applicant? and also can I still get all my money to them if i file a case?

But sir as per UAE LAW , its eligal to collect money from candidate . Employer should be the one to pay the recruitment agency so why I can't get my money?

My dear, as long as the written agreement stipulates that the high fees are not hidden, unfortunately they cannot be refunded according to the law, and as you have explained in the previous answer.
