Symptomes and treatment of Urinary tract infections 
Urinary tract infections  are among the most commonly encounterd infections among females that are accompanied with symptomes like pain upon urination , frequent urination and low back pain. and to treat urinary tract infections you are adviced to do a urine analysis and culture before use of any antibiotic, then you should use Cefuroxime 500 mg tab twice daily for 7 days , and to treat pain you can use Diclofen 50 mg tab once or twice a day according to pain episodes. and if symptomes perisisted you are adviced to vist a gynecologist 
Required tests 
after the clinical exam you are adviced to do urine analysis and urine culture to detect the caustive organism and chose the best antibiotic to use if treatment fails, also you can do cbc to uncover any rise in white blood cells as indicator of infectious state. You are adviced to do kidney functions tests Urea , Creatinin and blood sugar test 2 hours after meals to detect any significant rise in blood glucose level .
