Management of chronic cough 
Cough is a respiratory response to an external allergen that initate a response to get rid of it, its also a result of an inner patholgy in the lungs, cough may be associated with sputum of different colors indicating an underlying cause like the green color in lung pneumonias, and its alarming in case of bloody sputum. Cough is a common symtome of lung allergic diseases like asthma and in the presence of a family history of asthma a through invetigations and management is adviced. with regard to the different types of medications you are taking you are adviced to review the consultation with your pulmonolgist after doing the following investigations.
Required investigations 
After a proper physical exam you should do lung function tests to look for obstructive lung disease signs like asthma, in addition you should do cbc to look for any rise in WBC, you should do an Echocardiography to detect any signs of Congestive heart failure, do a chest High resolution CT scan to look for any lesions in the lungs, brain CT scan to detect any central lesions, Your treating pulmologist may order for fiberoptic bronchoscpe with bronchopulmonary lavage and analysis of the lavage fluid to look for esinophilia and fungal infections. A sputum culture and tuberculosis culture is adviced.
Possible causes of chronic cough 

• Legionella and mycoplasma bacterial infections 
• Bronchial Asthma 
• lung fungal infections 
• Tuberculosis 
• Lung esinophilia 
• lung cancer 
• brain tumors 
• GERD 
•  Anti- hypertensive drugs like ACEi group

Our advice
You are adviced to take a well balanced diet rich of fruites and vegetables, avoid smoking and allergic materials like strong perfumes and consult your treating pulmonolgist

You are adviced to stay hydrated, eat balanced diet , avoid smoking , monitor your general condition and if high fever , shortness of breath developed you should call the responding authorities.
You might monitor your oxygen level using pulse oxmetry portable device if droped below 93 you should call the authorities.
you should also avoid contact with others, wash your hands properly and wear face mask 

Pulse rate is normal at 66-68
pulse oxmetry is a portable device to measure o2 saturation in the blood that should be above 94 %
