We would like to inform you that if your driving license is lost and you do not know its number, then in this case you can go to the competent traffic to obtain the driver's license number, edit a report of your driver's license, extract a copy of the report, submit an application to obtain a driver's license instead of losing the following documents attached to it:

1- A copy of a communication license lost

2- A letter from the employer for owners of truck licenses and mechanical devices

3- Approving the signature for owners of truck licenses and mechanical devices

4- The ID card
