We would like to inform you that in accordance with the Executive Resolution No. (842) for the year 2015, it is permissible to transfer the employment under a work permit to work in the private sector according to the following regulations:
1- One year after the date of issuing the work permit.
The employer's consent to transfer the sponsorship to another employer.
The work authorizations of the employed worker may be converted to work permits for the sectors listed below within the same sector in which the worker is employed, one year after the issuance of the work permit and with the consent of the employer:
Industry.
Agriculture.
3 - Grazing.
Fishing.
The transfer of work permits is prohibited outside these sectors.
