The UAE labor law has allowed a worker to terminate an employment contract if he was assaulted by the employer or his representative.
You may file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in addition to another complaint to the police station against the person who assaulted you. And if there is no assault from the employer or his legal representative, we do not recommend leaving the work, so that a compensation is not to be paid to the employer for the unlawful termination of the contract.
In addition, the employer has the right to impose a ban against the worker.

Article 121:
The worker may leave work without warning in one of the following two cases:
A- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
B- If the employer or his representative legally assaults the worker.
