Lost my driving license

We would like to inform you that you have to go to the Traffic Department and apply for replacement after filing a report in the nearest police office to prove the license lost and follow the procedures in the Traffic and provide copy of the passport, residence and ID and pay the fees that estimated by the authority to issue replacement license.
