Good morning, i have difficulty in exhaling, tight chest, painson the back, but was diagnosed with an abnormal diaphragm, whenever am tired and need to exhale, its so difficult for me, and at times i want to exhale but i can't do it fully, it comes half way, i was kindly asking if there is treatment for the diaphragm

I was put on inhalers but i don't get any relief even after using it,

1. observation treatment ( in mild cases and injuries )
2. surgical options to recorrect your diaphragm
is there any medications to treated this medical condition ?
medications cant treat this medical condition , they may only be used to deal with the symptoms like breathing difficulties
is diaphragm surgery simple ?
no , its not simple , but possibly safe and how low complications
what is the recovery duration for this surgery ?

Thank you for very much for your response, in this case i was kindly asking whether i will repeat the x ray so that the specialist can view the rate in the abnormality of the diaphragm and decide what action to be taken
