I have pimple like things on scrotum

How can pimples on the scrotum be treated ?
This is usullay harmless , and has no significant effect as it's usually caused by mild virla infection and they disappear by 2 weeks but during the period of healing you have to clean the area regularly and wear soft clothes , you also can aapply cold packs so that the symptoms improve , doctor will prescribe you Fucidine cream in case of itching ,and Antibioitic in case of STDs .
What are the causes of the pimples on scrotum ?
