What is the treatment of breast pain ?
the treatment of breast pain depends on the cause of the pain , and you can use pain killers such as Catamol as needed till you seek help from doctor , so that you'll be advised to take antibiotic such as Augmentin 1gm in case of inflammatin , and you also have to wear comfortable bra , the palpable lump that you can feel should be examined by the doctor , it could be due to an abcess inside for which you need to have a simple surgey in addition to the antibiotic . but in some cases it's due to malignancy for which you have to undergo surgery of chemotherapy 
What investigations should be done in you case :
you have to visit the doctor for proper breast examination for provisional diagnosis , then the doctor could ask for ultrasound to be done . you may need to have fine needle aspiration to know the nature of the mass 

what are the causes of breast lumps :

• infection
•  fibroadenoma
• cysts
• fat necrosis
• lipoma
