Symptomes and management of Urinary tract infections 
Urinary tract infections  are considered among the commonest infections that complicate the urinary tract of femalee and it causes pain upon urination , frequency , abdominal and loin pain , and some times it cause high fever. And to treat Urinary tract infections  you are adviced to do a urine analysis and culture to use the appropriate antibiotics before the use of any antibiotic as the use of antibiotic will normalize the result of urine analysis as mentioned in analysis report . But in your case you are adviced to continuse Ciprofloxacin 500 mg tab twice daily intake for 7 days along the use of Diclofen 50 mg tab twice daily to treat the pain and fever you have . and in case of no improvement and no decrease in fever or increased intensity of pain you are adviced to consult your treating damily doctor 
Required tests 
You are adviced to do the proper clinical exam and do CBC to rule out any increase in WBC count as an indicator of infection. A urine anlysis and culture should be done to use the appropriate antibiotic, an ultrasound exam of the abdomin and urinary bladder should be done to rule out kidney infection that should be treated on Inpatient hospital protocols or to look for urinary calculi, the scan could be done to look for other possible diagnoses.
Kidney funtions tests Urea and creatinin could be done to rule out kidney affection.
Causes of Urinary tract infections 

• Bacterial Infection mostly by E. Coli bacteria
• Viral infections 
• Anatomical abnormalities of the Urinary bladder and urter 

Our advice 
You are adviced to consume larger amounts of filered water and get some rest along with proper balanced diet rich in citrus like lemon juice and cannberry juice. and consult your treating family doctor if not improving
