this condation have several causes , treatment depend alot of rest and avoid heavy works and use diclofen gel in site of pain or use ibuprofen and may use relaxon cream allover back and maay be due to stone need drink water and use uroclean twice daily ans use osteocare for calcium and vitamine d as osteoprosis can causes its

check by doctor in clinincal eamination and make cbc for inflamation and infection and urine analysis for stone also check calcium and vitamine d and also x ray and mri

muscular pain
