what are the causes and how to manage ?
well there is money causes to cause chest psin radiate to back with flush head and chest and abdominal pain with nausea  1st of all yu must exclude out pulmonary embolism by doin ct chest angiogram in which treated by low molecular weight heparin and blod thinner as warfarin and aspirin by seeing cut off sign or saddle shaped thrombus which increase by previous history of dvt or surgery 
secondary you must exclude out sarcodises which causes multiple granoulomatus disease and lymph node enlargment on the chest which causes chest pain and skin rashes in which treated by crtisone and of immunosuprresant drugs as methotroxate and chloroquine 
others causes which may lead to this symptoms pulmonary hypertention or ischemic heart disease which need catherization to see the patency for coranry arteiries which supply heart muscle and insertion of stent if there is any stenosies and use of atacand plus drug with plavix and aspirin and to be sure there is no heart valve disease 
and use of ventolin inhalor to improve your breathing and motlelium for nausea

I didnt undrestand anything. I this is the 2nd time this happenes to me..1st time it happened maybe 6 months ago for less than a minitue. I was sitting and there was no stress or anything at all...suddenly,i got a very dark chest and face(almost purple) for seconds then i couldnt take a deep breath because i felt tightness in my chest and numbness in my head and my ears became red and warm along with nasuea..this stayed for less than a minute. When i read on google it said carcinoid syndrom...even the 2nd time when it happened which is an hour ago i felt exactly the same with a pain in the upper abdnominal and whe this all ended i felt tired and my knee started to hurt(maybe joint pain) i feel better now but i need to know what this is. Im 36 female and no stress.

Well. Carcinoid syndrome came with same symptoms but there must be history of carcinoid mass which came in the GIT tract or in the lung and 5%of patient came with these symptoms only when the timers begin to secrete vasoactive substance which causes
Flushing 
Diarhea 
Bronchoconstriction 
Abdominal pain 
Nausea 
Vomiting 
So you must do lung ct scan with IV contrast and pan ct with iv contrast and oral.barium to exclude out mass lesion 1stly 
And for symptoms treated by
Telotristat ethyl 
Octeroide
Methysergide maleate
Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy
Cyproheptadine
