We would like to inform you that if you are expats and want to marry in UAE and want to know the marriage procedures you can review the Sharia Court and attach the following:
1- Your both passports.
2- Your residence.
3- Medical certificates to prove that there is no illness.
4- The wife social status to determine whether she is married, single or divorced.
5- Get the NOC from her country embassy.
Besides the Sharia conditions as the presence of the bride guardian or anyone represent him and bring two witnesses then accredit the marriage contract from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and your embassies.

It is required that she have a passport and to be valid for a period of less than six months in addition to that if she is a refugee, it is forbidden to leave the refugee camp as long as she applied for asylum at the UNHCR office in addition to that currently there are strict procedures for entry of Syrian nationals to the country and most of the visas are rejected. If she could be able to travel within place of current residence in Turkey, she may make the marriage procedures in Turkey, and in all cases if the marriage is completed, she may apply later on for family visit visa, thank you.

Yes, Turkish law prohibits polygamy, and therefore you can complete the marriage procedures from your place of residence, where you send a person who you want to marry with a power of attorney that authorizes you to complete the procedures in the UAE.
