hi good day, i just want to ask on how can i get rid acid reflux because everydayi experience sourness on my stomache up to my chest, since lockdown i cannot go to doctor, is there any remedy for this

no i dont have medication i just drink plenty of water

treatment of acid reflux need stop analgesia and nicotine and heavy meals and stress and use omeprazole twice daily and gaviscon twice daily and drink water avoid irritant food and spicey food
for pain on back use diclofen gel on the site of pain and avoid use analgesia because acid reflux and maybe this pain due to stone need uroclean twice daily
diagnosis
need examination by doctors and check ph stomach and chest xray and need cbc for inflamation for lower pain ask to make urine analysis and xray or mri

burning pain after eat
pain radiating back
