Hi, I am changing a job after 11 year work with one sponsor. My query is that how I could get my end services once I have change new job under new sponsorship since current employer has not confirming when able to give my end of services benefits.

We would like to inform you that the worker deserves his end of services once his services are terminated, and there shall not be any delay in paying it.
Anyway, we advise you to follow the below to get your rights:
1) submit complaint  to the labor committee
 
2) File a lawsuit before the judicial authorities, and these cases are free, as article 10 of the law states:
 
All claims brought by workers or their heirs to claim rights arising from the provisions of this law or from a contract of employment shall be expeditiously examined and shall be exempt from judicial fees.
 
Subject to the provision of Article 113 of this Law, the claim for rights arising from its provisions or for the contract of employment shall be terminated by one year from the expiry date of the contract.
 
Note: The Labor Law of Qatar prohibits the dismissal of a worker if he lodges a complaint with any Official body regarding the work.
 If the employer separates the worker for this reason, this dismissal is arbitrary and the worker is entitled to get all his labor rights stipulated by law.

I am still under process of job change.at what stage or when we can file the complain. Other question. Is Sponsorship transfer possible without paying End services.

With regard to labor rights, you may claim them even after transferring the sponsorship as this claim of rights has nothing to do with transferring the sponsorship or not, but we advise you to take legal action immediately.

I have resign after 11 year work at one company. Please advise did I required any document from last employer to transfer the sponsorship or not. In case last employer don’t want give anything then how to get job transfer

You can take legal action against the employer by:

-file a complaint at the labor office against the employer via this link:

-file a lawsuit before the judge immediately as article 5 of the labor law states as follows:

All the proceedings in the court and filing a case as well as execution of the claim which filed by the worker are exempt from the payment of fees according to the provisions of the law. the court bay accept or refute the case also may decide to remove or impose the fees

I have join new company two week ago but mean time Possibly I will get better opportunity in some other company. Which I was looking.Please note I haven’t provide document to change sponsorship .only I have provided resignation acceptance letter. Please advise is it possible to change another company without any legalization?
