I just want to asked some advice. My aunty was working and school and now the admins decided to reduce there staff temporarily while having this pandemic .more than 90 staff are working in that school and the boss choose some staff to work only (30 persons to work and 36 person no work no pay ).This 36 person's try to talk to the principal but there's no response and they give them some agreement to be sign that is says they will not able to recieve salary until this pandemic will stop this 36 person's refuse to sign bcoz they want to request to the principal to give alternate work monthly instead of choosing only 30 persons to work .But unfortunately the admins doesn't want this request from those 36 staff .ma'am can they bring this issue to labour ?

Ma'am give us advice on how to settle this issues without having troubles to the owner of the school . We understand the side of the school boss but how about those 36 staff they are not asking even full salary they just want to have work so they can survived school didn't give free accommodation .so how can they pay room rent .how can they survived in hunger if they don't have work . We doesn't know when will this pandemic stop . Ma'am give us some advice..thank you so much ma'am
