Hello Doctor,
I would like to get an answer regarding pack pain. I have a constant pain on my spine for past few years. What shall be the reason. Did MRI scan three years back and result was normal. Please help me to get proper conclusion.

What is the treatment of Spine Pain ?
You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve back pain :
- Apply water compressors for 15 minutes three times per day .
- Avoid wrong postures and sitting positions .
- Apply Voltaren Gel three times per day .
- You need to do physical exercises such as swimming or other kind of exercises regularly
- Take analgeisc when necessary as Ibuprofen .
- You need to do clinical assessment in the nearest medical center if your symptoms presisted despite following the previous tips
