what are the causes and how to manage ?

secondary you must exclude out sarcodises which causes multiple granoulomatus disease and lymph node enlargment on the chest which causes chest pain and skin rashes in which treated by crtisone and of immunosuprresant drugs as methotroxate and chloroquine

others causes which may lead to this skin infection like pityriasies rosea scleroderma or drugs abuse heart valve disease like aortic stenosies or thyroid storom in hyperthyrodism patient and others autoimmiune disase as scleroderma and eczema or infexctious process as asbestosies

what are the investigations ?
