I hope you can help me. I have an existing loan with rakbank and last february 2020 i lost my job and found a new one last april 2020. after 2 successful salary transfer of my current employer my settlement fund in my acct was still freezed and when i spoke with collection officer they told me that they will no longer be releasing my settlement fund as per their rules. Im trying to negotiate since during this time of pandemic i badly need my money and i wanted to know if they really have the right to hold it since i have already a new employer and my salary will still be transferred to my account which supposed to be in return they must release my funds. I hope u can help me or give me an advice. Thank you
