To obtain a visit permit to Canada , you will have to obtain an invitation from one of your relatives residing there, and then go to the embassy of Canada to fill out the visa application.
The application shall be accompanied by the following documents:
1) Copy of a valid passport for at least six months
2) Two photographs with the same specifications of passport photo with white background for each
3) booking flight
4)Booked in a hotel
5)Bank Statement
6)A copy of the invitation letter sent to you by a relative

The period for obtaining the visa can be inquired through the Canadian embassy, in all cases the issuance of the visa is within 6 months from the date of submitting the visa application

The 6-month period is the maximum for obtaining the visa, but usually the period is less than the visa can be issued within a week or a month or two, but the wave will not exceed 6 months

My father is Canadian citizen & stable living in Canada for very long time. And I'm Filipino currently residing in Abu Dhabi UAE. And I haven't seen my father for more than 7 years. Will l get a very strong chance to get visit visa as soon as possible once I submitted the documents that are needed.
