Hello good evening. I am a filipino. I Applied here as a car delivery driver. I arrived here in kuwait last september 13, 2018. Until now i dont have my kuwait license and my company wants me to work in restaurant or in factory sometimes. I feel depressed because its not my job and this month i don't have my salary because i started not to go to work in the factory. I just want to know my rights because i know they are wrong. I dont have money to buy food or water. Please i need help.

You have to file a complaint at the Manpower Authority against the employer for not fulfilling his / her obligations under the work contract
The employer will be notified for an investigation and interrogation, and the complaint will be referred to the labor court for ruling
You have to submit your complaint and raise your claim within one year from the date of the employer's violation act.
Article 144 of the Kuwaiti Labor Law stipulates that
Cases of labor disagreements are not heard or reviewed after a pass of a year of the act, this is in case claims are brought by workers according to the provisions of this law shall not be heard upon denial of employers.
