Hello doctor, good morning... please I have been having numbness on the sole of my feet for days now continuously and my body shakes sometimes especially my right hand, also for three days now I have been having headache at around 2pm daily and when I take panadol it dissapears.... please doctor I need urgent help. What is the treatment of foot and hand Pain ?
You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve foot and hand Pain :
- Do clinical assessment in the nearest medical center
- Apply water compressors for 15 minutes three times per day .
- Apply Voltaren Gel three times per day .
- Take analgeisc when necessary as Ibuprofen .
