Hi,
My name is carolina,can i ask your advice regarding chest and back pain.iam a covid survivor.
After geting 2xnegative of covid swab test.i was send home.
Is it possible to get this pain?

for covid ?
yes it may return back after survaival and you must be sure that the last 2 swab test are negative otherwise i advice you to take vaitmin c efffervescent 3 tabs daily and pelefergan by intravenous injection and zomax 500 once daily
what are the causes of back pain and joint pain ?
the most common cause is muscle spasm otherwise yoy must exclude disc prolapse and degeneratve vertebral body and discopathy or ostearthrities or ostepoprisies
What are the investigation ?
you must do upper spine MRI and may back Xray is enough to exclude out previous mentioned causes
you must do CBC - RF - vaitmin D LEVEL by laborratory results
we advise you to de DEXAbone scan
How to treat?
use of muscle relaxant as relaxon or myogesic tabs 3 times daily
and use of celbrex 200 twice daily after meal
if ther is disc prolapse it may need surgical lamnictomy acoording to the symptoms especially if there is numbness severe pain and inability to move
use of calcium and vaitmin D supplements as calcitron once daily
and CH APLPHA PLUS ampule once daily
vaitmin D 400 iu once daily
droofen 3 times daily
