Hello, I have a problem with my credit records....
Hello, I have a problem with my credit records. When I moved to the US in 2014 I forgot to pay off my cc and they were defaulted, however I paid them off and got the clearance letter. It appears ADCB has not removed it from the records in AECB. I would like to enquirer if you can take over the respective communication and case to have ADCB clearing it. For the moment it prevents me from getting a car loan

We would like to inform you that regarding to the ban, if it was imposed earlier for not paying and with clearance and payment and the removal of the ban to obtain a loan, it is possible to object to the bank with which it is dealing
If it refuse to deal and remove the ban you can go to the Central Bank as the bank responsible for banking activities and to file a grievance and objection
If it refuses then, the matter requires resorting to the judiciary, filing a case against the bank, and requesting that the ban be removed with a statement and providing evidence to end any previous debts.
Here, the court ruling is the final decision on this matter
