According to the mentioned facts, I would like to clarify to you that

                          The federal labor law in the UAE states that the employer may hire a worker for s probation of a period not exceeding 6 months,  the employer may dismiss the worker during this period without end of service. The worker cannot be hired or used under the probation more than once for the same employer. If the worker passes the probation period and succeeds in the job, he will be entitled to the calculation of this period.  Therefore, the worker will not face the labor ban if the employer cancels him within this period. according to the law there is no violation by the employer or the worker
