Treatment of pelvic pain

you should know the cause of the pain by doing clinical examination and counsult the doctor , and for treatment you should drinking water 2-3 liter daily , avoid salts and avoid sex , if there is an UTI you can take Cifuroxime 500mg 2 times  2 daily for 5 days and Uroclean 3 times daily for 2 weeks , if there is an genetal infection you can take the antibiotic as above and add Metronidazol 500mg 3 times daily for week if there is an fungal infection you can take flocunazol 150mg once daily for 8 days and Micunazole towice daily for one week , if ther is an Urinary tract stones you can remove it by ESWL or surgical remove
Diagnosis
by take full medical history and doing clinical examination , and CBC for detect inflammation , and urine analysis and pelvic U/S and CT scan for diagnosis
