If the report is false,the concerned person can lodge a complaint ate the labor office against the employer, or file a lawsuit against him, as he filed a false report about his escape.
If he was actually absconding, he shall be deemed to have committed an offense and a crime in accordance with the provisions of the Law and therefore, he cannot leave the country before the reconciliation and payment of the amounts determined under the conciliation or under the final judgment issued against him. However, if he makes a pledge to pay the amount, he can leave the country.
