If your inquiry is about the employer refusing to pay your salary, find the following information:
The worker can file a complaint against the employer if the employer refuses to pay his / her salary stipulated in the employment contract.
The worker also has the right to file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
Moreover, we should point out to you that the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation agrees to give the worker a permit for working with another sponsor if the company is closed and the worker files a complaint within a maximum time of two months from the closing date

It is not permitted to prove the fulfillment of workers with the wages due to them, regardless of its value or form, except by writing and acknowledgement or undertaking.
Any agreement contrary to this, even if it was prior to the implementation of this law, shall be considered null and void
