Hello,
When I went for a haircut last night, my barber noticed that I have a small circular patch of hair missing on the back of my head. Sure enough, it looks quite odd and frankly a little alarming when he showed it to me. I looked it ho online and it's a clear indication of Alopecia.
Please do advise what I may or may not do from now onwards to treat this at home. I'm scared to go to a doctor with the threat of Covid-19 around.

What is the treatment of circular patch of missing hair ?
using Topical hair lotion contains Minoxidil for alopecia areata , Terpenafine sprays for head fungus
Avoid using hair dryer , Avoid using regular creams and use natural oils such as walnut oil and cactus oil , Drink more than two liters of water a day , take multi-vitamine capsules for hair once daily
Use an anti-hair loss shampoo , There are other modern methods such as hair transplantation and the French network for treatment of hair loss
What tests should be done for you?
blood analysis , Vitamin D level , The level of vitamin B12 , TSH level
