this condation maybe due to inflamation testes need rest and cold compressors and analgesia such as ibuprofen as needed and need antibiotics as ciprofloxacin for 6 days , maybe this condation due to torsion in testes need surgical correction also maybe due to stone in ureter need tamsulosin and uroclean for dissolve stone
investigation
need examination by doctor and duplex in testes to exclude torsion also need urine analysis for inflamation and stone need also cbc for infection
symptoms of stone
pain in abdomen or in testes radiating to thigh or back
red color urine
burning pain on micturation
