terminated due to redunduncy. and has pending 2 airline ticket from the company. 1 ticket is for year 2019 and the other is repatriation ticket. i want to encash it and include it on my end of service. is that possible since its my benefits anyway. i have the 2018 airline ticket which i cancelled and not used this May due to pandemic that i can used for the repatriation ticket. so i would like my company to include my other 2 ticket on my end of service to pay me by cash.

hi sir... is it possible to encash my unused ticket. i have 2019 ticket that im planning to used this october.and i stil have a 2018 ticket i supposed to used this may 2019 but i cancel it due to covid 19. so im thinking to used it for repatriation. and juz ask my company to pay me cadh for my 2019 ticket pending and for my repatriation ticket to 8nclude it on my end of service. and i wil juz used my 2018 ticket.

Article 131 (repeated 1)
1. For the purpose of the preceding Article, the worker’s “repatriation expenses” refers to the value of his travel ticket as well as the travel expenses of his family and the cost of shipping of his personal effects, as stipulated in the Labour contract or the firm’s policies.
2. A worker who is provided with accommodation by his employer shall vacate it within thirty days from the date of termination of his service.
