Why my right ball paining and seem like small than...

my right testicles are smaller than the the left one is it normal ?
yes its normal for one of the testicles to be larger than the other and usually the left one is larger than the right one 
what is the treatment of the testicular pain ?
the treatment is usually surgical ( in case of varicocele, hydrocele and testicular torsion ) and in case of inflammation ( epididimoorchitis ) the treatment is done by antibiotic such as doxycycline and you can use a traditional over the counter painkiller such as acetamainophin 1 g 3 times a day and we dont recommend using NSAID  drugs unless told by your doctor because it might hides the cause of the pain 
what are the diagnostic tests needed ?
the clinical exam and the medical history plus an ultrasound of the testicles to rule out epididimoorchitis, hydrocele, varicocele and testicular torsion 
what are the possible causes of the testicular pain ?

• epididimoorchitis

• varicocele

• urinary stone
