Kindly, be note that you should not have signed a document stating that you have received all your rights from the company, while you still have not received them yet, as of to know, by changing the sponsor and signing another work contract, the end of service benefits shal be calculated according to the number of years of work upon the new contract, but if you travel to your country you will be entitled to get the airfare tickets.

 

A worker who has completed one or more years of continuous service shall be entitled to end of service gratuity, and shall not enter the days of absence from work without pay in calculating the period of service.
The gratuity shall be calculated as follows:
Twenty-one days for each of the first five years of service.
 Paying thirty days for each year, which is more than that
