You must review the administration of civil conditions in your country, submit an application to change your name, and after changing the name on the passport
you can obtain a certificate from the embassy of your country that you have changed your name, provided that this certificate includes the new name, the old name, the old passport number and the new passport number.
You can review the general administration of residence in the Emirates, in order to transfer the visa to your new passport
Note that you have to provide a certificate proving that your name was issued by the embassy of your country.
