in general the headache is treated symptomatically till the doctor identifies the source of headache and the treatmet is at first the conventional painkillers such as paracetamol, non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs such as trufen 400 mg twicw daily , strong painkillers such as codaine, painkillers specially for cluster headaces such as naratriptan, anticonvulsants such as pregabalin and in strong cases the choice of opioid is open but under doctor supervision
Investigations to do
You can ask for CBC to see the level of WBCs which increased in inflammation and infections of ears. Also ,you can ask your ENT doctor for examination of upper respiratorry tract and tonsilles to
clarify or prove any redness or any whitisch pus on it

addiction on nicotin or narcotic
