It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that the fines for overstaying in UAE are
Dh25 per day for first Six months
Dh50 per day fine for second Six months
Dh100 per day fine after One year
Fine will be calculated after 30 days of grace period
The fines have to be paid as service fees at the immigration offices or at the airport when exiting
Concerning the tourist visas,
The fines are different,
Tourists and visit visa holders have a grace period of 10 days. If you overstays beyond the grace period you will be fined with AED 200 for the first day of overstay,
followed by AED100 each consecutive day.
This is to be paid in addition to the service fees as AED 100 at the immigration offices or at the airport when exiting
But,
Please note that the UAE governement announced that all visas, expired UAE residency, visit visas to remain valid until the end of this year (2020)
The residency visa of expatriates, inside or outside the country and expiring on March 1, to stay valid until the end of the year.
Same thing for Tourist Visas.
This decision is applicable to those whose visas have expired after March 1 this year.
The visa fees exemption is for all types of entry permits which expired during the flight suspension, and the exemption time frame is from March 1 until end of 2020.
