Treatment of aneurysm

By usind medication do decrease the suspection of rupture the aneurysm by usind drug like Beta blocker as Propranolol to decrease the blood pressure and decrease the stress of the aneurysm , or by doing open surgery or invasive surgery by insert an catheter from the leg to the site of aneurysm and inflate stent to prevent the aneurysm from getting larger or by emergency surgery when it ruptured

Diagnosis

by taking full medical history and doing clinical examination and CT scan to detect , and MRA to diagnose the aneurysm

Risk factors

• Smoking
• Old age
• Male more than female
• Marfan syndrome
• family history
• Atheroscelerosis
• hypertension

Is there any possible apatient to survive in aneurysm

if threr is no complication and the treatment done as soon as possible the patient will get better , anf if there is any complication or enlarged aneurysm or rupture the patient will die if not treat as emergency
