اذا اردت تأسيس شركة  عليك التوجه لدى الهيئة العامة لتشجيع الاستثمار وشؤون الخصخصة وتقديم طلب للاستثمار وفق النموذج التالي:

مرفقا بالطلب الوثائق التالية ( كما وردت على الموقع الرسمي للهيئة)

• قيمة رأس المال المراد استثماره في ليبيا و طبيعته ، مقوماً بإحدى العملات القابلة للتحويل أو ما يعادلها بالعملة الليبية عند تقديم الطلب .
• المواد المستوردة ـ و المحلية إن وجدت ، التي سيستخدمها في المشروع .
• مواصفات المشروع الفنية ( التصاميم و الخرائط الفنية ) .
• برنامج أو جدول زمني يحدد مدة تنفيذ المشروع .
• تقديرات القوى العاملة الوطنية و الأجنبية لتشغيل المشروع .
• احتياجات المشروع من الطاقة ( الكهرباء – الغاز – المياه ) .
• اتفاق قانوني معتمد بين المؤسسين متضمن تفويض احد الشركاء أو من ينوبهم بإتمام إجراءات الموافقة علي المشروع .
  • صورة من البطاقة الشخصية أو جواز السفر للمخول قانوناً .
  • صورة من البطاقة الشخصية للمكلف بإتمام الإجراءات .
• قسيمة إيداع في حساب الهيئة أو صك مصدق بقيمة مـ200ـائتان دينار ليبي مقابل تقديم طلب إقامة مشروع استثماري .
• شهادة تدل على جنسية المستثمر صادرة من الجهة المختصة في بلده بالنسبة للشخص الطبيعي .

We would like to inform you that you have to submit a written request to establish the association to the Minister of Justice, signed by the founders and certified by their signatures, and attached to it all the data and documents related to the association, especially the following:

1- Three copies of the articles of association signed by all the founders.

2- List of founders with a copy of their ID cards.

3- A statement of the association's funds, resources and the bank deposited therein, if any.

4- The name of the representative on behalf of the association in the procedures of its establishment.

The employee responsible for receiving these requests will give the founders agent a notification of receiving the incorporation request, stating the date of submitting the application and the data and documents attached to it.

The founders' agent has the right to withdraw any documents or data submitted with the founding application and replace them with others, within fifteen days starting from the date of submitting the founding application.
