Regard to the law organizing and establishing tears in Bahrain, and until a charity is established, the following matters must be adhered to: the conditions: There are a set of conditions that must be adhered to before working to establish a charity and that the number of the founding individuals of the society not be less than ten, within the provisions and provisions of the law, and each of them must possess a legal and legal personality, and he must not have committed any act or behavior that is against the law.
The charity must have a system and law regulating its internal work, and it must be signed and approved by the founding members of it.
To choose and define a suitable and known place, so that it will be the main center for the management of the charity.
Any person against whom a legal or criminal penalty has been imposed, or a misdemeanor, must be executed in accordance with the provisions of public and private law, is not allowed to participate in or belong to the charity.
After fulfilling all the requirements for establishing and registering a charity, a set of steps should be applied, namely:
[5] Submit the association's registration application form to the person responsible for that at the Ministry, or the body overseeing the registration of charities, making sure that all registration requirements are met, and attach the required documents within the requirements for charity registration.
The agency supervising the registration of charities verifies that the information provided is in accordance with the legal requirements, and that the data received about all founding members are authenticated. In the event of any error or lack of information, the applicant is contacted; In order to work to amend it during a period it will be determined in advance, and if it is exceeded, the application will be considered canceled.
The supervising authority shall issue its decision regarding approval or refusal to register the charity within a time period of up to a maximum of two months.
After approval of the request to establish a charity, the remaining steps of its registration will be finalized.
The representative of the founders of the charity receives the request for approval; In order for him to officially announce the date of the charity’s opening, and start it in its work in accordance with the provisions stipulated in its internal law, which was previously approved.
