Attaching to the application the following:
1- Request for publicity of an association
2- The basic principle for the association
3- Report of the founders meeting
4- Report of the temporary committee meeting
5- The temporary committee’s decision to delegate one of its members to apply for publicity
6- Statement of the founders’ names
7- Registration form for founding members + a color photograph
8-The exception request is for the number of founders if the number is less than 20 members
9-A copy of the passport + the unified number (the document)
10- A copy of the ID card (front and back).
